Buying a house

Oh my gosh there is so many options and we are going to have so much fun the next couple days. We did look at some other houses but just as we thought there is more space in the new house we are going to have built than we could purchase through an already done house. We also looked at some other builders and found that the one we picked is the best price, well built, and we are so excited. The house is going to be yellow with white trim. Not a bright yellow but a soft buttercup yellow that is very warm, happy and inviting. We are so happy with our choice. We did change the floor plan which is no big deal. Still 2500 sq ft, however the kitchen is at the back of the house so I can see the kids playing, and there won't be a seperate den for my scrapbooking. However the upstairs loft is soooo much bigger than we thought that we are going to put the computers and scrapbook stuff upstairs. We are definitly going to need to get more furniture to fill up the house, hehe. We will be able to get a sectional couch with a chaise lounge for the family room which is really exciting and a bench at the end of our bed. The kids will have so much space in thier closets that I will never be cramped for space for all their clothes. Well that is it for now. I will post more when we are done.
