Linda sick

Linda was sick today.  It went something like this....
430am Linda: Mommy?!
430am Jessi: what?
430am Linda: I am going to throw up.
430am Jessi: WHAT? (now fully awake).
431am Linda: *sound of throwing up, me jumping out of bed to try to help her and try to get her to sit up and not puke in her hair.
435am Linda in shower.
436am Jessi in shower with Linda trying to get the vomit out of her hair.
I then proceed to get ready for work in my tired stupor.  We go downstairs and let everyone else sleep a bit longer.
730am leave to take Jeremy to daycare and go to work for a min to get a work laptop.
8am on our way to Seattle.  We get on the freeway and sure enough...
8am Linda: Mommy I need to throw up!
801am Jessi: thinking oh crap where is an open lane and the shoulder, get over, jump out, hazards on, grab Linda.
802 am Linda throwing up over the guard rail while Jessi rubs her back.
805 am get back in truck and continue heading south towards work.
807am Linda asleep in the backseat.  Poor thing was tuckered out.
Luckily we didn't have any more throwing up today.  She did have other problems but we won't get into that :).  I did get her a new book and movie to keep her from wanting to run around.  Need to rest when you are sick.  She seems to be better this evening.
What an adventure we had today.
