Unexpected Friendship

So as you all know Chris and I are big online gamers. We play World of Warcraft most nights. We love the game. Some really great friends from California got us into it and we love being able to still "hang out". We have a great time together. We have even made new friends. Some of whom we are going to see in California this coming Sunday. But the most amazing thing is when you make one of those friends who you may never meet in real life but yet you feel like you have been friends for a long time. I made one of those types of friends recently. Well maybe not that recent but we are just getting closer all the time. We are talking on the phone most days then getting online and chatting. She is becoming such a good friend. And she is such an inspiration to me. I just am amazed at what she has gone through in her life and what she is still going through. And she is just the most caring person you could want to meet. She doesn't dwell on her illness instead she lives her life to its fullest and plans for her future. She is a very dear friend and I am so glad that I got to meet her. She may have started as just another gamer I play online with but I truly believe we will be friends for years to come.
