Why did I wait so long?

Finally I bought a good shredder and have spent a couple hours each night for the last week and a half shredding stuff that we have been packing with us for 6 years. It will be so nice to not pack all this junk. We have been slowly getting rid of tons of junk we don't use and giving it to goodwill. I have been finding account statements I forgot we had. I found stuff from before I was married. Holy moly there was a lot of crap being moved around. I keep having to take breaks because the shredder gets over heated :)! Too funny. But it feels good to get rid of all the crap. Why do we keep all that stuff?
