First week down

Well we survived the first week with Chris gone. Had to figure out how to take the trash out which was a challenge in itself. I won't go into details but we figured it out. The house is getting cleaned although there is still lots to do. The basics are done though and we even managed to get most of the laundry piles put away and some dishes done. I made dinner tonight that was healthy and not take out. Linda still comes home and looks for "daddy" but I think that has to do with the Jeep being within her line of site when we pull into our spot. I told her that I love her and daddy loves her and she said "daddy at work?". I of course tell her yes but he loves you and misses you and she says okay. She is going to bed better now than she was the first couple days. It is just going to be an adjustment for us all. We will get through it. This is making me stronger and reminding me that I don't "need" a man to do things for me. Ha Ha but it would be so much better if he were here. Well it is late so I should head to bed. I am sure Linda will be up first thing in the morning. Gotta go put clothes in the dryer and head to bed.
